• Any Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, any beverages, tips and porter-age, etc.
• Any accommodation, activities or transfers other than what is mentioned in the itinerary.
• Anything that is not mentioned in the above list of inclusions.

• Cable Car Tickets: Tickets for the Manakamana Temple cable car.
• Evening/Night Vehicle Usage: Transfers for Thamel market, shopping, casinos, and clubbing are strictly on the guest’s own.
• Optional Extra Sightseen: Vehicle costs for Pumdikot and World Peace Pagoda, sarangkot.
• Optional Activities: Everest Mountain Flight, Rafting, Paragliding, and Boating fees.
• Entry Fees: Entrance fees for all monuments, museums, temples, and caves.
• Airfare & Visa: International airfare and Nepal Entry Visa fees.

Policies

Payment Policy:

• 45 or more days before departure: 20%
• Between 30 to 44 days before departure: 60%
• Between 15 to 29 days before departure: 100%
• The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before the Date of Travel.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 or more days before departure: 25%
• Between 20 to 29 days before departure: 50%
• Between 10 to 19 days before departure: 100%
• ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

Flight Tickets:
100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

Rescheduling:
In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel (Land Package only):

Before 15 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.
Rescheduling will only be accepted by E-mail at info@hiddenhimalayas.in
