Tour Description

Day 1 Delhi – Shimla (350 KMS)
Meal:- Na
Arrive in Delhi by Air or Train. After reaching Delhi take a cab at your own expenditure & reach Volvo station.
Depart from Delhi to Shimla. Overnight journey. (8 hrs approx.)
Shimla: “The queen of Hills”, capital city of Himachal Pradesh is a popular tourist destination in India. The Britishers discovered it in 1819. They used to call Shimla their tiny bit of England. Shimla is the largest hill station and erstwhile (Summer Capital of British in India). Shimla offer most attractive spots nearby it.

Day 2 Shimla Arrival – Half Day City Tour (3 – 4 HRS)
Meals: Dinner
After reaching Shimla check in at hotel (early check in is subject to availability) normal check in time will be at 1200 hrs ). Afternoon is reserved for half day city tour covering Indian Institute of Advanced Studies, Sankat Mochan Temple and Jakhu temple, evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town-The Mall and the Ridge.
Visiting Places: Jakhoo Hill The top of the hill is 2 km away from ridge. The Hill of Jakhoo towers over Shimla has long been crowned with temple dedicated to Bhagwan Hanuman. Various legends are told of the significance of this spot that Hanuman Ji stopped here while searching for the Sanjivini plant.
Advance Study : Indian Institute of Advance Study, This magnificent building, built in Elizabeth Style of English renaissance was completed in 1888.
The Mall : One can’t miss the mall in Shimla, it is not only a shopping Centre but also a well maintained level of about 500m where people spend their leisure hours walking to & fro.
Places by walking like Scandal Point, Ridge, Gaiety theatre, Heritage Museum, Lakkar Bazaar, Rani Jhansi Park and Christ Church etc, Johnnie’s Wax Museum. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel, in Shimla.

Day 03 Shimla Kufri – Jakhoo Temple
Meals : Breakfast & Dinner
After breakfast, excursion to Kufri and return back to hotel at afternoon. Rest of the day is reserved for leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Kufri – (Altitude 2622 m) known for its ski runs Kufri. 16kms away from Shimla, attracts the largest number of tourists who come to Shimla it has a backdrop of peaks covered with snow.
Kufri Fun Campus – The famous tourist destination of Kufri will now have an added attraction with the opening of an amusement park having facilities for adventure sports.
Himalayan Nature Park – The Himalayan Nature Park in Kufri, one of the popular locations around Shimla, is located at a distance of 16 km. Along with the zoo and nature park, tourists can also engage in horse riding.
Green Valley – Green Valley is one of the most beautiful places in Shimla. Noted for its elite beauty, this is a stopover on the way to Kufri from Shimla. The place is ideal for photographing as it offers some of the most mesmerizing sights that nature has to offer. The criss-crossed mountains seem to have been blanketed under carpets of greens and it is one of the most photographed sights in Shimla.

Day 4 Shimla – Delhi Departure
Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, checkout from hotel & drop at Volvo station for onward journey back to home.
Tour ends with sweet memories.

Exclusions

• Medical | Travel Insurance.
• Any cost related to any kind of unforeseen circumstances including medical assistance, medical emergencies and acts of God.
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, snowfall etc., vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
• Camera fees, any entrance fees, room heater and guide charges.
• Any Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, any beverages, tips and porter-age, etc.
• Any accommodation, activities or transfers other than what is mentioned in the itinerary.
• Anything that is not mentioned in the above list of inclusions.
• On hills Ac will not work.

Policies

Payment Policy:

• 45 or more days before departure: 20%
• Between 30 to 44 days before departure: 60%
• Between 15 to 29 days before departure: 100%
• The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before the Date of Travel.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 or more days before departure: 25%
• Between 20 to 29 days before departure: 50%
• Between 10 to 19 days before departure: 100%
• ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

Flight Tickets:
100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

Rescheduling:
In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:

Before 15 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.
Rescheduling will only be accepted by E-mail at hiddenhimachal@gmail.com

Must Carry:

• Authentic Government ID Card
• Good comfortable shoes for walking.
